Mr. Wan Juyong, Director of CEPREI Certification Body, has specialized in quality and reliability research for many years. Being known for his profound professional knowledge, good personal attributes and deep grasp of English, he was elected to be Vice-chairman of Inspectorate Co-ordination Committee (ICC) of International Electrotechnical Commission Quality Assessment System for Electronic Components (IECQ). Mr. Wan was awarded special governmental allowances as prominent expert by State Council for his contribution to Chinese certification career.
